These Terms govern your use of AIGotIt (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service product operated by Business Automation Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AIGotIt lets you upload documents such as contracts, invoices and agreements. Our AI reads them and lists the commitments, deadlines and risks it finds, which you can then track. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; always check important obligations against the original document. AIGotIt does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans and payment

AIGotIt offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Personal at $9/month and Business at $29/month), described on our Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service. You must have the right to upload any document you submit.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
  • No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • No reselling of the Service without our written permission.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
