This policy explains how Business Automation Solutions, LLC ("we") handles personal data when you use AIGotIt.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
• Documents you upload and the commitments extracted from them.
• Basic usage and technical data needed to run and secure the Service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use data

• To provide the Service, including AI reading of your documents.
• To manage your account and subscription and to contact you about it.
• To keep the Service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your documents to advertise to you.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, AI processing and payments. They process data only on our instructions or, for Paddle, as Merchant of Record.

Storage and security

Documents are stored privately and are visible only to your account. We keep data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
